Set up the cable station at appropriate height.
Lunge and sit down in a half kneeling position and keep the shin of the leading front leg, perpendicular to the floor.
Maintain an upright torso and hold the cable handle in one hand.
Keep the chest up and take a deep breath.
Pull the cable towards your body.
Finish the rep in a controlled manner, extending the arm fully and returning to starting position.
Exhale and repeat.
