Lie back on a bench holding a Dowel Rod with both hands.
Arms should be perpendicular to the floor with elbows bent softly.
Feet should be firmly pushed against the floor.
Keep the chest up and shoulder blades pressed against the bench.
Breathe in and hold.
Lower the arms backwards towards your head till your arms are parallel to the floor.
Keep the elbows extended throughout the movement.
Bring back the dowel rod slowly to the initial position.
Exhale and repeat.
