Lie back on the floor gripping the a kettlebell tight on the right hand
Keep the knees bent and feet firmly planted on the floor
Keep the chest up and shoulder blades pressed against the floor
Keep the elbows fully extended and take a deep breath
Lower the Kettlebell in a controlled manner till it reaches the side of the chest
Push the kettlebell up, holding your breath till the hands are fully extended
After finishing the set on right side, repeat the same with the left hand
