Lie back on a bench with one dumbbell in each hand with palms facing in
Align the dumbbells above the chest with elbows slightly bent
Keep the chest up and take a deep breath
Slowly open your arms to the sides expanding the chest, keeping the elbows fixed till your wrist is in line with your shoulders
Reverse the movement till the arms comes together at the top, squeezing the chest
Breath in to repeat the movement
