Set the bench at an incline of 30 degree.
Holding one dumbbell in each hand lie face down on the bench.
Make sure that the feet is firmly planted on the floor
Keep your chest up, chin tucked in and squeeze your shoulder blades.
Take a deep breath and pull the dumbbells towards your stomach.
Make sure that you keep the elbows close to your body.
At the top position try to pause for a moment and squeeze the upper back and shoulder blades.
Bring down the dumbbells to the starting position in a controlled manner and breath out.
