Set yourself up on a bench in a Bird Dog position, holding the dumbbell on the side of the resting knee.
Keep the other leg extended.
Stabilize yourself, take a deep breath and engage your core muscles
Pull the dumbbell in a straight line towards your stomach
Lower the dumbbell in a controlled manner to the starting position.
Breathe out at the bottom and repeat the movement.
