For any fitness related goals, it is important to have decent activity levels. We at Alpha Coach, understand the value of tracking activity and hence have created a seamless integration to common wearables.
We support direct integration of FitBit devices to our app. This can be accessed via the steps widget or from the profile section.
For all other wearables, Alpha Coach uses Google Fit as an entry to connect any to them. The wearable app has an option to allow google fit permissions to export data. Once the respective option on an app is enabled, the wearable is connected to google fit Make sure to stop google fit from tracking activities. Or else double data will show on the app Google fit can then be linked to Alpha Coach via the step widget or through the profile tab
Caveat - In case of any mismatch between the wearable and evolve step count, use google fit manually to enter the steps
