Hold on to a wall or any stable object with one hand
Take a hip width stance with toes pointing forward
Take the left leg off the ground and squat down with your right leg slowly, taking support
From the bottom, push through your right heel and come back to the starting position
After finishing a set on the right leg, repeat the same with left leg down
