Lie on your back with your knees above your hips
Use both hands to hold a kettlebell above your shoulders
Keep the shoulder blades pressed against the floor and lower the kettlebell overhead
Keep the rest of your body stable as you lower the kettlebell overhead
Hold this position, with elbows fully extended
Now do a dead-bug movement by extending the legs alternately
Make sure that you keep a flat lower back and exhale as you extend your legs
