Set up a Leg extension machine by adjusting the backrest distance to align the knees with the lever fulcrum of the machine
Press your lower shin against the base pad of the machine with your toes pointing up
Hold the handles on either side and anchor your hip firmly on the seat
Breath in and start pulling the lever up till the knees are fully extended
Return to the starting position with a controlled motion
