Set up a cable station at a chest level height attaching a single D-Handle
Hold the D-Handle with both hands with keeping the hands close to the body, just below the chest
Walk sideways away from the machine and stand tall with a shoulder-width stance
Keep your toes pointing straight
Breath in and engage your core and press the handle forward, extending the hands fully
Hold this position for a few seconds
Slowly bring back the hands to the starting position and breath out
