Adjust the seat of reverse fly machine such that you can firmly plant your feet on the ground
Keep the chest pressed against the bench
Grip the handles tight and push the shoulder blades behind
Breathe in, keep the chest up and chin tucked in
Perform a reverse fly by pulling the handles apart, while keeping the elbows straight
Hold for a second at the end range of motion and come back to the starting position in a controlled manner
