Stand on the edge of a box that is about knee high
Keep the right toe slightly pointed out and well planted on the box
Take a deep breath and step down to the side with the left leg and land softly on the floor
Push the right knee slightly out as you step down
Come back up to the starting position, pushing your bodyweight up with your right leg
After finishing a set on the right side, repeat on the left side
