You will be scored based on 5 factors :
How close you are to your calorie target
How close you are to your recommended protein intake
Whether you have exceeded your red food target
Whether you have exceeded the upper limit of your sugar intake
How close you are to your daily step target
You don't necessarily need to hit the exact numbers, but closer compliance to your targets means a higher score. Every day you will be scored out of 100. If you score above 75 consistently, you can reach your goals as per the timelines
Calories logged are scored 30 points, protein target is scored 20 points, red foods logged are scored 10 points, sugar intake is scored 15 points and steps are scored 25 points.
