Our app allows for +/- 5 kg weight goals to be set. Larger body-weight change goals will take longer program durations. It is better to start on smaller goals, hit the targets, and then set bigger goals. The system also gets to understand how you respond to the program and can help you make adjustments accordingly as you progress.
A huge part of maintaining fitness goals is to maintain the results. Setting large body weight deviations makes this harder and people might face a relapse. Goals achieved in smaller laps make the process more sustainable and results more permanent.
