The algorithm has made the initial recommendation on your calorie intake and macros based on the questionnaire you have filled up. T
he initial recommendation is a theoretical estimate. However, over the first week, based on your food log and bodyweight log, the system will adjust your targets accurately to fit your metabolism and eating pattern.
For this to happen, you need to log your food everyday and click on the ‘Finish Day’ button at the end of the day.
You have to log your bodyweight at least twice a week, and once towards the later half of the week. Your newly adjusted program will be updated every Monday.
In case you have not logged your meals, your program won't be updated by the system.
